1. International PhD/Master's students approved by the university shall be eligible for a full / or half tuition waiver for the first academic year.
2. Since the second academic year, each international PhD/Master's student will be reviewed by the graduate institute two weeks before the semester begins.
3. International students with the approval of the graduate institute will have a tuition waiver for the next academic year. The tuition waiver shall not exceed four years for international PhD students and two years for international Master's students.

Notes:

• Insurance fee and dormitory fee are not included in the tuition fee.
• Living expenses are NT$8,000-10,000 (approx. US$250-300) per month.
