【Job Opportunity】Contract Administrative Staff at the Office of International Affairs (Acting Role) - One Position Open

【Term of Appointment】From completion of registration to July 29, 2024

Ⅰ. Job Description: 【International Student Affairs】1 position

  1. Handling immigration and enrollment for international students (40%)
  2. Assisting in international student enrollment procedures (35%)
  3. Managing scholarships for international students (10%)
  4. Providing support and counseling services for international students (10%)
  5. Undertaking temporary assignments and projects from the International Affairs Office (5%)

The allocation of duties will be adjusted based on the expertise of the recruited personnel, approved by the supervisor of the International Affairs Office after registration.

Ⅱ. Salary Package: According to the university regulations, starting salary for bachelor's degree holders is $35,200 per month. Qualified candidates with relevant work experience may apply for promotion.

Ⅲ. Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree or above, any major.

Ⅳ. Qualifications:

  1. English proficiency certificate equivalent to TOEIC 600 or above is required for shortlisting. (Candidates with degrees from English-speaking countries, SAT, ACT, TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent English language proficiency tests, as well as those holding citizenship from English-speaking countries, are exempted. Applicants with citizenship from English-speaking countries but without English proficiency certificates must provide reasons or other supporting documents.)
  2. Bonus Points::

    • Administrative experience in educational institutions
    • Experience studying abroad
    • Video editing skills
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  3. Candidates with proficiency in a second language other than English should provide a language proficiency certificate. Graduates from countries where the second language is the official language or holding citizenship of such countries are exempted from providing language proficiency certificates.

Ⅴ. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet operations.

Ⅵ. Application Process:
