Ⅰ. Job Description:

[International Cooperation and Event Affairs] 1 position

  1. Planning of educational exhibitions and educators' annual meetings.
  2. International visits and guest reception.
  3. Short-term visit programs for overseas scholars sponsored by the National Science Council.
  4. Hosting program for foreign students' families.
  5. Planning of Go international activities and activities for foreign students.
  6. Temporary assignments and projects assigned by the Director of the International Affairs Office.

  2. General affairs for international students
  3. Review of international student documentation
  4. International student handbook affairs
  5. Temporary assignments and projects assigned by the Director of the International Affairs Office.

  1. General Foreign Students Affairs (Scholarship, work permit, etc.)
  2. Admission affairs of international students
  3. Admission affairs of dual degree programs
  4. Recruitment arrangements
  5. Temporary assignments and projects assigned by the Director of the International Affairs Office

The allocation of the above tasks will be adjusted according to the expertise of the selected candidate, subject to approval by the Director of the International Affairs Office upon reporting.

Ⅱ. Salary and Benefits:

  1. Salary according to university regulations, bachelor's degree level starting from $35,200 and master's degree level starting from $40,200, subject to actual determination.
  2. Candidates with B2 level English proficiency (TOEIC 750+ or equivalent) may apply for a language proficiency allowance of at least $1,500 per month (depending on proficiency level).
  3. Eligible candidates with relevant work experience at the university may apply for promotion.

Ⅲ. Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree or above, regardless of major.

Ⅳ. Application Requirements:

  1. English proficiency certificate: Equivalent to TOEIC score of 700 or above (other types of English proficiency tests are also acceptable). Graduates from English-speaking countries or nationals of countries where English is the official language are exempt from providing English proficiency certificates, but they need to state the reason or provide other supporting documents.
  2. Bonus criteria:
    • Experience in international affairs is preferred.
    • Proficiency in languages other than English.
    • Administrative experience at a university.
    • Experience studying abroad.
    • Video editing skills.
    • Availability for domestic and international travel.
  3. Candidates with expertise in a second foreign language should provide proof of language proficiency. Graduates from or nationals of countries where the second foreign language is spoken are exempt from providing such proof.
  4. Qualified applicants will be scheduled for interviews and written tests after qualification review by the university.
  5. Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office and internet operations.

Ⅴ. Application Procedure:

  1. Interested candidates should prepare the following documents:

    • Copy of graduation certificate.
    • Transcript of highest degree earned.
    • English proficiency certificate.
    • Personal data collection notice and consent form for applicants (Attachment 1).
